Android wear not google play not downloading

apps not installing on watch0. since changing my phone from a htc m8 to a htc u11 wear apps are missing from my watch i have tried re setting the phone and the watch with no luck, some apps install but some dont. wear audio recorder hangouts etc installs on watch shazam,calculator, sound hound,wear camera wont install on watch. Wear OS/Google Play Music app not downloading music for offline use. Noticed recently that my Moto Sport smartwatch would not download music to the watch for offline use, first image shows a playlist i want to download, when i select the download button an x appears (2nd image), this is then suppose to start the download whereby an area.  · I'm not a very big fan of Google play services.
