Restarting the torrent do not work. Pause and Start. Restarting qbittorrent do not work. It shows many seeds and peers but it is not fetching the torrent file. Both uTorrent and Tixati is able to download the torrent file. So, I'm trying to download a file from the piratebay. The link supposedly has seeders, but whenever it gets to my qBittorrent, it gets stuck at downloading the metadata. I've reinstalled it twice, retried the link (and tried other links) multiple times, and it's still stuck at this state.

Turn off proxy, wait for metadata to download, turn on proxy and it keeps downloads. This is using docker inside a FreeNAS VM of RancherOS. The proxy used is privateinternetaccess.
