Why did nexus mod manager not download all mods

I am new to modding, I added the mods to nexus and download f4se. I put the f4se files in the fallout folder, and launch from the f4se loader but I dont see the mods in game. I see the mods in the staging folder but the mods are not showing up in game or in the mods option in game.  · The main reason why we decided to create a new mod manager from scratch, rather than to continue on with Nexus Mod Manager is that the latter is based on code written for Oblivion (Oblivion Mod Manager) and Fallout 3 (Fallout Mod Manager) - games that are now over 10 years old.  · Sometimes this particular option will be the bug for the problem and not letting manager communicate with nexus URLs that you are trying to download. So to fix this follow the steps below: Open “Nexus Mod Manager” by double-clicking the shortcut and go to “Settings“ In the General tab at the top, you will see “Associate with NXM URLs“Occupation: Network Engineer.

Vortex is Nexus' new official mod manager, built by the guy who made Mod Organizer. NMM was discontinued a long time ago. Can't speak for how good it is, since I don't use it. If you really want NMM, you can get it from the github page, just keep in mind it's no longer officially supported. Any updates are community made and unofficial. Download page for the Nexus Mod Manager. Hidden mod. This mod has been set to hidden. Hidden at 04 Nov , PM by Pickysaurus for the following reason: Vortex has replaced Nexus Mod Manager as the official mod manager of Nexus Mods. when i try to download a mod using the "mod manager download" button, the download will not start and i will be told by widows to choose an application to download it with, but vortex isn't an option. when i still had NMM installed, it would download said mods with NMM, not even considering to use vortex. Why did you create Vortex instead of continuing Nexus Mod Manager (NMM)? The short answer is that the code for Nexus Mod Manager is based on games that are now over 10 years old (Oblivion and Fallout 3) and, after numerous revisions, has become untenable, especially considering that the scope and standards for functionality we want to provide. If the Nexus Mod Manager still doesn’t work, then switching to Vortex can be helpful for downloading mods. Vortex is the nice middle ground between Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) and Mod Organizer (MO). It has a few features that are better and not available on the other ones. I downloaded Skyrim from Steam, and I have a few mods from the Steam Workshop. Nexus Mod Manager is an incredibly massive library of mods.
